Within the practice there is a pharmacy team consisting of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and support workers. The role of the practice pharmacy team is to support the GPs in medicine management including medication reviews and patient queries regarding their medication. The pharmacy team also manage hospital discharge letters and clinic letters and will contact patients with changes to their medication if relevant.
