Telephone Advice

telephoneIf your request is to speak to a doctor, the receptionist will either arrange for you to book a telephone consultation, or alternatively, will take your contact telephone number and the doctor will return your call.

As a rule it is not possible to speak to a doctor whilst he is dealing with another patient in his consulting room.

In the interests of good practice, telephone calls should be pre-arranged and planned.
