To help us provide a quick and efficient service, please cancel unwanted appointments as soon as possible.

The practice will, wherever possible, endeavor to maintain continuity of care for patients by arranging that you see the doctor whom you know best.

Routine Appointments

The Receptionist will offer you the first available appointment with the doctor of your choice. If this is not suitable, alternative appointments will be offered with the same or with a different doctor.

Urgent Appointments

When you contact the surgery the receptionist will give you the first available appointment for that day.  You will be asked to provide some information as to why you need seen that day.   This helps the receptionist to book the correct clinician.
